設計菜鳥奮鬥記
在過去教導設計的日子裹,
每逢臨近畢業時間的,
同學無論是驚覺火燒眼眉、臨渴掘井還是未雨籌謀,
他們大多會較平日更關心自身前途,垂詢薪酬,作息時間及環境。
正所謂「開始知死」是也。
近日,在書店買了一本由台灣翻譯的日本書「設計菜鳥奮鬥記」,
發覺很適合快將畢業或剛畢業的同學。
觀後評語是:
中文文法很爛,需反覆思量,方明所指。
但內容豐富,利用了生活化的方式(簡短日記和訪問摘要),
帶出一群日本知名設計師揮下的設計菜鳥(初哥)他們的設計生活和工作體會。
內容大至函蓋了一般設計同學會有的疑惑和問題外,
更印證了我們這一群設計老師的日夜叮囑,如:
-簡單整齊的工作環境對創作思維的影響、
-作息定時( on/off )可以如何提升工作效率和士氣、
-檔案管理對團隊合作的幫助,
-以至接觸客戶的技巧等等。
書中以簡短的句子,把這”陳腔濫調”的課題滲透在這群菜鳥日記之中。
要一睹何為真正的設計生活,而非翻閱型男潮女的硬照,敬請一看。
