About Tequila

Tequila Chan (Chan Tik Fan) was graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, School of Design with Bachelor of Art (Visual Communication) in Honor, and Master Science of Multimedia and Entertainment Technology. He worked with several local multimedia companies in developing web site, edutainment and e-commerce applications. At 2000, he joined Agence France Presse, one of the third biggest news agencies around the world. As the first Multimedia Designer in this global agency, he was focus on the development of multimedia in news reporting and internet application. He currently the Project Manager of Posture Interactive Company Limited, lecturer of CKAD in STU and also being visiting lecturer in PolyU School of Design. His focus of study is game design, multimedia design, interactive design, edutainment, new media and design education. He has gained the following honors: HKDA Scholarship, VTech-soft Multimedia Design Award, i-Cable Millennium Music Video Competition golden prize, Nokia Java Mobile Game Competition golden prize, The 2nd Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Excellence Awards (The Best Mobile Entertainment Software), Collected artwork of The 8th International Poster Triennial in Toyama. Tequila Chan 畢業於香港理工大學設計系多媒體科藝理學碩士及設計學(視覺傳意)榮譽文學士。 曾服務於本地多間多媒體設計公司, 從事網站設計, 教娛軟件設計以及電子商務應用。 從2000年起, 加入法國新聞社(法新社), 成為法新社於全球第一位多媒體設計師, 專責多媒體新聞應用及開發。 現任 亙動形體有限公司項目總監, 並同時出汕頭大學 長江藝術與設計學院講師, 香港理工大學 設計系客席講師。 專注研究遊戲設計, 多媒體設計, 互動藝術, 教娛軟件設計及設計教育。 Tequila Chan 過去榮獲以下設計獎項: 香港設計師協會獎學金, 偉易達多媒体設計比賽金獎, 有線電視千禧年錄像創作比賽金獎, 諾基亞手機遊戲設計比賽冠軍, 香港數碼娛樂最佳流動娛樂軟件設計金獎, 第八屆日本富山國際海報三年展收藏作品等等。
